From planning to completion, our Project Management team ensure that all contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers carry out their duties / responsibilities to each project not just within the budgets agreed, but with Health & Safety being a priority at all times.

Detailed planning and regular client meetings form the basis of our approach to ensure that problems are quickly identified through constant communication across the project team.

Service levels provided by both office and on-site teams, ensure that not only are the overall project objectives met, but also individual issues are handled both quickly and efficiently.
All teams not only produce a fully comprehensive plan for the project period, but also ensure the daily quality of product and workmanship to construction industry standards.
Our Project Management Team control the construction process through five stages:

  1. Concept and feasibility
  2. Design and planning
  3. Tender and selection
  4. Construction
  5. Commissioning and hand-over

The detail and size of the individual health and safety plan for each project depends on the nature and extent of the project and the contracting arrangements for construction work. Each plan is specific within the context of each contract.
